砥石の人気商品、ナニワ研磨工業の「剛研 輝」です。
レジノイド製法で製作された砥石です。砥石に適量の水をかけてすぐに使い始めることができます。程よい滑走感があり、泥も比較的出やすいです。比較的、柔らかめの砥石です。包丁と研ぐのにある程度慣れた方向けの砥石です。ケースは砥石台としてご利用いただけます。
通常の研ぎ直しであれば、#1000を使用すると良いでしょう。仕上砥石を使いたい場合は、#2000番以上の砥石を使うと良いでしょう。
