Service contents
After completing the application process, if you send your unwanted knife to the address below, we will send a 10% OFF coupon that can be used on the e-commerce site to the email address you registered at the time of application, after confirming the arrival of the package .
About discount codes
Coupons can be used when purchasing knives on the EC site. (Limited to one use per person) Cannot be used for products other than knives such as cutting boards, whetstones, or resharpening services.
Notes
- The knives to be recalled include Petty, Santoku, Gyuto, Yanagiba, Deba, and Pan-kiri knives. We cannot accept items other than kitchen knives, such as scissors, utility knives, and peelers.
- Knives sent to us cannot be returned under any circumstances.・Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We cannot accept cash on delivery shipments.
- Please be sure to wrap the knife in newspaper, etc., and secure it in the shipping box so that it does not move. If the item is shipped naked , it is extremely dangerous as there is a risk of injury to the delivery company or recipient.
