'This email address is already associated with an account. If this account belongs to you, you can reset your password." If you receive the error message 'You are already a registered member with the email address you entered. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password.

2) If an error message other than the above is displayed / if you cannot register for a reason other than the above

Please check whether or not you have received the email, as it may have been sorted into your spam folder or bin.
If you are able to log in to My Page, your membership registration has been completed.
If your registered e-mail address is incorrect, you cannot change it yourself. Please contact us to request a change of email address.

Please contact us to inform us that you wish to cancel your membership. We will process your withdrawal.

When placing an order, on the next screen after the cart, there is a field for you to enter your e-mail address. If you tick the box 'Receive information about products and campaigns' and proceed to the end of your order, your registration for the newsletter will be completed.
