Classes and experiences
Have you ever thought, "I wish I could sharpen my own knives?"
We have prepared three courses for you to choose from, tailored to your needs and level.
From a trial course that even beginners can easily participate in, to a full-fledged course, to self-sharpening where you can sharpen at your own pace, why not enjoy "knife sharpening" in a style and pace that suits you best?
In addition to knife sharpening, we also hold events such as a fish filleting event using fish purchased from the market on the day, and cooking classes where parents and children can experience Japanese culture through cooking.
