● About the Gyuto knife <br> The Gyuto knife has a blade length of 18cm. Also known as a chef's knife, it has a longer blade length than a Santoku knife and is useful for cutting large chunks of meat and vegetables. You can use the tapered tip to cut, or take advantage of the curve of the blade to lightly carve. We also offer a Santoku knife and a paring knife in the same series.
