- The core material is made of top-class stainless steel, cobalt-containing VG-10.

- Outstanding sharpness thanks to sub-zero processing.

- A blade designed for ease of use at home, with top-class sharpness and rust-resistance.

・We have set our own strict standard for the sharpness test, which counts how many sheets of paper can be cut, at 100 sheets or more (the standard for a knife in the same class is generally 60 to 80 sheets).

● About the Gyuto knife <br> The Gyuto knife has a blade length of 18cm. Also known as a chef's knife, it has a longer blade length than a Santoku knife and is useful for cutting large chunks of meat and vegetables. You can use the tapered tip to cut, or take advantage of the curve of the blade to lightly carve. We also offer a Santoku knife and a paring knife in the same series.
