More Than Just Buying a Knife in Asakusa — Learn How to Use and Care for It
Hello, I’m Okudaira, the owner of Sakaitoku Knives in Asakusa.
We offer a selection of high-quality Japanese knives crafted by artisans from Sakai (Osaka) and other regions, along with sharpening services and hands-on sharpening lessons.
Looking for a Japanese Knife in Asakusa?
Asakusa has many knife stores — but not many carry authentic Japanese-style knives (Wabocho).
At Sakaitoku, you can see and hold the knives yourself before choosing the one that’s right for you.
